BillyVance 34 #1 February 4, 2005 I just want to confirm SSK's email address. I need a new set of Cypres batteries and have sent them two emails asking to order them, and have not received a reply in over a week since the first email. Is their address [email protected]? mark 105 #3 February 4, 2005 I just ordered batteries today by e-mailing [email protected]. I know they got the order, because I've already gotten the UPS automated e-mail with the promised delivery date. Great customer service! Mark

ltdiver 3 #5 February 7, 2005 Use the web page PhreeZone posted. They not only answered my e-mail within 24 hours, but also gave me an alert when they recieved my Cypres for its 8 year check. Use their internet communications page for your mailings. It works awesome! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
BillyVance 34 #6 February 9, 2005 Thanks for all the help guys, I realized I was using the wrong email address... However, I checked with my good friend who lives 10 miles away, I was gonna have her handle it with SSK, and it turns out she's got a set of batteries at home, so all I had to do was drop my rig off... I've made a note of the correct address for future reference...
