Aren't family dynamics a wonderful thing? When I made my first jump (SL out of DC3 and my first airplane ride) I came home all hyped up, like most first jumpers, and wanting to tell them how wonderful it was, they just told me to pipe down. They were watching TV. Don't ever discount the care and love your family has for you. Not all have that.
