Do any of you Old guys out there still have a Jii Wings GS1 laying around?  

 

Before I started wingsuiting I was mesmerized by these suits on video.

 I have been wingsuiting now for over 12 years and still haven't seen a Jii Wings suit in the wild.  

I know it's a Longshot,  but I'd love to see one or hopefully get a chance to fly one. 

This is one of the best boogies you can attend! Can't wait for the weekend! We will be hosting onewheel rides and some cross country paramotor flights.  

Zhills has a very active glider port right next to the Dz.  It's never been an issue

I have been flying the OP126 for 4 years now.  I have 2 rides on the op126 and love that reserve.  I'm also on my 5th spectre,  the last 3 being 120s. I flew a crossfire2 119, sabre1 120 before I moved to the spectre.  Ive been jumping almost 20 years.  But hey,  you know better than me what's good for me.

The 34X vectors have been around for ages now...

I just was at invasion talking to the vector rep. He said the new longer containers are +2" and I questioned him about the 340 number.  He definitely said the new ones are called a 340

I currently jump a 316, I prefer the longer flatter version as it is an easier pull for me.  

The new vectors are the 340 series. 

They are 2" longer,  slightly more narrow at the top. But thet are only made for 143 reserves and larger.  I jump a spectre 120 with op126 they do not have a container to fit my reserve and main.  

Just got word that coach jump ticket wont be covered by the Dz.  Sorry for misinfo. 

Sebastian Invasion 2019 will have 1 on 1 free coaching at the boogie, max 2 coach jumps per person. coaches ticket is covered by the dz.

Usually I only get this type of nonsense from really shady sites.  I guess I can now add this site to the "shady list"

im not a fan, ill probably spend a lot less time on here now. it was never "broken" it worked just fine

just try and find yourself an N3a.
set it to countdown. you'll get audible alerts every 1000 feet.
it actually talks to you. ten thousand feet, nine thousand feet, etc
you can even record your own .wav sounds for it to play if you want.
there is no better option.

I just jumped on Saturday with my buddy that lost his leg just below the knee. We got to wingsuit again! His name is Joe Efinger. Great dude.

i was really dissapointed in australias beer selection.
the only dark beer you will find there is guiness.
each place i visited was very loyal to their local brew.
great northern, XXXX, and victoria bitter were all very weak beers.

Not that I disagree, but you can remedy most of these yourself.
1-would be nice, but adds bulk and you gotta have someone certify it ($$$) to "prove" its "protection."
2-drill holes in the visor.
3-mine broke so I bought metal fastex clips online for like $10.
4-the foam on mine is wallered out already I could fit a deck of cards in it. If the opening is too small (which it is pretty tight) just hot knife it.
5-I don't think plastic is going anywhere, too durable, cheap, and easy to work with.

whike i understand your point. i will add
1. im not talking dot or snell. just better than what we have. my ex dropped her g3 and the jaw broke, they replaced it. but thats comical for protection.
2. they redesigned the g2 because of poor ventilation. im taking about behind your head, getting air to flow across the front through the back. my eyes are very wind sensative. no holes in my visor thank you.
3.great idea! ill do that as well.
4.i use an n3a, its too long for the pocket with the headphone plugged in.
5. i want the same plastic that they are using for the fuel. a few years ago i was speaking to a cookie rep at the invasion and they were talking about a different plastic composition that was stiffer, Polyether Imide or something like that i believe.

i stay on the forums about the scala/ sena. i personally use a sena 20s. its great if there are 3 or less people in a group. if you try adding more people than that you start getting strange sounds like popcorn etc that makes communication pretty tough. its decent for wingsuiting while wearing a g3, i dont know how effective it would be for regular freefall.

You tunnel fliers are soo cool, someday I hope I can be cool like you.

no flock n dock anymore. the Georgia guys are supposed to have some demo Squirrel suits you probably wont fit in ;) I know a guy that might have something thatll fit you. also no need for wingsuiters to put on small suits, we can probably track with you in your suit. you should up your suit game and come join us for the new state record were planning on setting on Saturday!

Check out zhills also. Big tent crew there. Also pretty close to ifly tampa.
