Insomnia is really no fun. I've had it off and on for the past 5-6 years. My biggest problem is when I can't sleep I don't do anything productive I just waste the night away. Long time reader but I finally decided to join. Been skydiving for 15 years also like to do some BMX riding in my spair time.
