Another fun weekend was had. For those that didn't stick around Sun night, the night jumps went well for the few that stayed. Thanks to everyone from the pilots to the organizers to the volunteers on the ground! Joe good to see you and we kind of jumped together that quote unquote raft jump. That WASN'T zero G. Oh well. Man those winds were kicking this weekend, but a fun time was had by all just the same. Frenchy was nice to meet you, although we briefly met once before there. Kudos to Darin for thinking up this memorial jump for 9/11. I would call it a success! The days are: 11 - 14 Nov At last year's event you needed to have all your ducks in a row at the "registration" table: ID card, current USPA #, current reserve repack card... your container got inspected as well. At last year's event there were some vendors and food concessions as well. I believe some team guys jumped HALO rigs as well. ~How do you know where the line is if you never crossed it?~ unk.

Looks like I should be off well before the meeting, so I could use some more specific directions there. I would be coming up 15/501 into CH, that's where school is right? Made it home safely this morning, and that crappy weather was not JUST at the DZ it was the WHOLE drive home! Had a GREAT time! Wow, some busy posting this weekend I missed. Had fun at SkyFest, sorry you guys weren't there. I celebrated my bday, got jump 500, got my SCR & SCS, saw some old friends and met some new. I doubt I can make the ball game on the 1st, I'll probably be working, you know me I can never tell till about the day before. Yeah Greg don't let Elis give you ANY grief about not being around, when HE is out...."expanding his social horizons". There hasn't been a door or window that's stopped me yet.
