I just took some trash out and as I was walking back to my patio I saw something black. All I thought was damn confetti is everywhere. Then, the it jumped. I have never seen a spider jump before and that thing, I swear jumped about 4ft high. I called the house phone to wake the kid up to open the garage door so I could get in the house. I am packing up my house getting ready to move this weekend and I see a black spider. I jumped and then about 10 black spiders go flying everywhere. Yes, Lisa's confetti card with little black confetti spiders got me again when I least expected. Those little things are everywhere and I keep stepping on them now.. This is an example of a good complaint: The irs taking their sweet ass time to send me my damn refund and teasing me by sending you letters tht look like a refund check only to have then say, "we are still reviewing your information and will notify you in 30 days with an update on your return status." i have had two of those saying that in the last 60 days.Then you call and they say "we are processing your return as quickly as we can." Fucking IRS has had my return since goddamn March the 4th and i am getting pissed!!! that is a complaint.... You guessed it, i had to call a female patient who is more than hard of hearing. Here is the story... an elderly patient called and left a message she wants pain medication for her arthritis. The patient is already on two strong pain medications and I have to make sure she is taking her med's correctly and if not go over directions. Normally this would be a2-5minute conversation with a normal patient. Her husband answers the phone and i said "Hello, this is Deedy calling from(dr's name) office may I speak with (patients name.)" The husband said "Barbara who..." yes, he can't hear shit either. I kid you not I yelled my name 5 times and the office I was calling from and he said "let me get my wife, I can't hear you and don't know what you want." The patient gets on the phone and I know I have to talk loud so I repeat who I am and where I am calling from. She says, "Trudy, who? I dont know no trudy." At this point am screaming who I am and she finally understands me. My coworkers are dying laughing because I am now saying word by word in a full scream. I was on the phone for 35 minutes with the wife passing the phone to her husband and then him passing it back to her because nether one could hear jack shit. I was spelling the medication one of the medications (tramadol) and the husband kept spelling gabapentin back to me. I finally was able to get the patient to understand after 45 minutes. Thank goodness it was during the lunch hour and no one was in the office besides staff members. So anyone who has parents, aunts, uncles brothers/sisters or a billyvance.... Buy them that phone that has auto text and the service that goes with it so medical offices can correspond with them a little easier. I was at work yesterday and received a friend invite from my 10yr old. I was rather upset when I received emails and an invite. That night I asked him about it and he said he didn't have an acct. Today, I was talking with my sister and she asked me why I let the 10 yr old have an acct because my niece who is 12yrs old was upset he had one and she was older and couldn't. Apparently my niece got on his acct and sent me the invite and a few emails from it to get him in trouble for creating one. The 10yr old apparently asked her to edit a picture for him and gave her his gmail acct. information and that is how she found out. This is one time i am thankful for my niece telling on him. He has been told in the past he can not have an acct because he is too young and doesn't need to be on a social networking site. I see more and more children with accts and just wonder why their parents let them or if their parents even know.
