  1. Take a look at my pictures in this post. It's so cheap and will work fine forever. I took some hot glue to make it fit my teeth. Greetings from Germany, Volk Air
  2. Hi all! Diabetes type 1 since 1987, 350 Jumps, 100 Video-Jumps. 4 Injections a day, no problems if being carefully. I want my blood sugar to be a bit higher than normally when bording the plane. The bigger problem is the beer in the evening, but you can manage that, too. Blue Skies, Volk Air.
  3. It looks like that when you've done. Just like ffejdraga said, take hot glue, put it on, wait one and half a minute, then bite on it an form it with your teeth. Put the cable on and on the other side your connector. It's so simple. Volk Air
  4. Look at this post! And look at the pictures. It's very cheap, but I don't know where to get from in other Countries. Good luck, Volk Air
  5. Surely, 33 jumps is not enough. I started with 250, doing 4-ways and some tandems. You have to be sure you can go to where ever you want in the air. Maybe you can put on a videosuit from somebody else and just try to stay not more than 2 meters away from a solo jumper or above a little group. Also useful is some RW before making videos. Talk to your teacher at the DZ. Just try it and then think about it again. BlueS, Volk Air
  6. I don't even know one samsung camcorder. Just remembered what i read. Apart from that, every skydiver I asked before i was buying one, said SONY. Don't know, but must be something true in that, don't think? Volk Air
  7. Hi! Take a look at this: Samsung Maybe this will help you to buy a SONY! BlueS Volk Air
  8. >> That would suck unless you use a ring sight to >> keep everything in frame. That's right, up to now I'm using a round sticker on my glasses. And that's no problem with a tongue-switch to feel when you made the picture? Greetings, Volk Air
  9. Didn't use anything before, up to now only video mounted. My helmet looks like a bonehead, but it's a "self"-made one, a skydiver from germany who makes nice helmets. Look at http://www.skyhelmets.de/Gallery%20Auswahl.htm They have a cutaway (if you want), the chincup has been mounted later on without problems. I heard the tongue switch has a longer life. And to prevent the movements I think it will be a tongue switch? Right? Thank you so far, blue skies, Volk Air
  10. Hi I'm thinking about the switch using with my open face helmet with a chin cup. Is it possible to use a bite-switch or do I have to use a tongue-switch? Who can help me? Thank you very much. Volk Air
  11. Hi Ed! I'm buying a Canon EOS 3000N to be mounted on the top of my helmet. Will your switches fit to the camera without problems? To deside between tounge switch and bite switch, what will help me? I got a tight chin cup so to bite will be difficult (I heard about that). Is that true? So that I have to use a tounge switch? Thanks for help, greetings Volk Air, Germany.
