I purchased a suit from Chris last year. I received it and returned it twice both times I had issues with the fit. The suit is extremely well made. I received my suit again today and it fit perfectly and it was the same quality as the original suit I had received. It took some time but Chris kept his word which really means a lot to me. It took less than a month to get the suit redone and sent to me.

I know of an Astra firing at 11,000 ft. jump took place at 12000 ft. Problem was a manufacturing defect. The jumper was really upset about this and he asked for his money back. He got a newly repaired astra. You must keep in mind that all these devices are man made and since man is not infallable neither are these devices. Hence the disclaimer on all of the skydiving products. It is unfortunate that when a device does not function correctly we assume the device is no good. The one that failed is obviously no good but all the others that work properly are just fine. Each of the AAD companies have had their problems and the secret to their succes is how they handle their problems. Just remember the best for the consumer is competition. It keeps the companies on their toes and makes certain we get good products at a competitive price. The best companies in the world have the best customer service. We know who they are because we continue to buy their products and that is the way it should be.
