Funding does not provide adequate compensation, the workers become burned out and the services lack effectiveness. Furthermore, consider the axiom of the three P's namely, paperwork has priority over people. Employee evaluations are always focused on the ability to keep up with the paperwork. Without accurate paper flow, the funding is restricted and / or withdrawn. The answers were: (a) myself (b) my instructors (c) the state of California The correct answer, of course, is (a). But my question is--if you were an instructor and you had a student who wrote in a fourth answer saying "(d) Jesus Christ" has ultimate responsibility for their skydive and for ensuring they get a good canopy above their heads--how would you respond?
