  2. IT's alot of video to watch so it takes alot of memory. It's the only place I can put it. I put it on skydivingmovies.com but they disappeared somehow? IS there a better place to put videos of such large memory? Clint MacBeth Skydive Moab 435 259 JUMP M.O.A.B. Mother Of All Boogies Sept 19 - 23, 2012

  8. Hopefully I will dig some out and try to upload those videos. The WR is 418 and it was at Perris Valley last yr and the winds to my knowledge were 3-5mph. In order to record the WR it has to be less than 5mph. I would not try to run it out. I was in the midwest and the landing area was ausome/Grass and flat! I would slid on my feet for about 30-50'. Most of the time I ended up on my as* but a few I slid on my shoes and didn't touch anything else. My ground speed was probably 10-15mph when I started sliding? I really don't know, the last 30-50' sliding on feet! I tried a downwind landing when I was working in NE and the It was 20mph and I tried to run it out instead of sliding(rocky/grassy landing area) that one resulted in a separated shoulder. I learned my lesson! IF you going to be stupid you better be tough! I went to upload but it wouldn't let me upload? Clint MacBeth Skydive Moab 435 259 JUMP M.O.A.B. 9. Stood a few up, not all. Mostly sliding in on my as*. Bryan will be out here tomorrow I guess. Swooping the cliffs--it won't be done by just anyone. I don't want anyone to end up like Dwain at the bridge. Clint MacBeth Skydive Moab 435 259 JUMP M.O.A.B. Mother Of All Boogies Sept 19 - 23, 2012
  10. Why not, if you can then do it. It's all technique. You have to know who you are and if you can pull it off. I asked myself all the time if I should be doing this and everytime I said YES!!!!!!!!!!!! Clint MacBeth Skydive Moab 435 259 JUMP M.O.A.B. Mother Of All Boogies Sept 19 - 23, 2012
  11. I just saw a post on what's your wind limit to jump in and I thought I'd post this question! What is your longest swoop using 5' gates. ok most people dont' have 5' gates at their dz but assuming you pass your toes through the gates how far did you go. My self it was 575' on a 5'gate and on a 20' gate on the same jump was 775'. With Video too. It was 30mph downwind of course. Clint MacBeth Skydive Moab 435 259 JUMP M.O.A.B. 13. This summer at a dz near Chicago(the windy city), The wind always blew! I was landing in 30mph DOWNWIND! and I know you won't bellieve this but I was standing them up at times, well sliding on feet but not touching my as* for landing. The landing area was ausome, all flat grass and we were landing on the grass runway! Clint MacBeth Skydive Moab 435 259 JUMP M.O.A.B. Mother Of All Boogies Sept 19 - 23, 2012

  23. Yes, you land in the canyon! You actually land on a road. Well so far the way back to the dz is by plane. You jump into the canyon and then jump in the dz at the airport. Perfect landing area if you dont' land on the road. NICE and SOFT Everywhere. There is a windsock at the end of the runway at Mineral Bottom. Moab, during the winter is usually not that windy. Land in any direction if necessary. You pull high so you can take in the serenery so you have 4000' to set up for landing. Everything is an alternate landing area. IT's HUGE! Everywhere. See you soon. Clint MacBeth Skydive Moab 435 259 JUMP M.O.A.B. Mother Of All Boogies Sept 19 - 23, 2012
  24. There is not other place in the USA that is as beautiful as MOab. $20 it's worth it! IF you want to see for yourself then you'll pay if not then you miss out. Just wait and see what's coming out of our dz soon. As for the gallery, how could I put up pictures from MOAB when we didn't put up a load first to get any pictures. I had to put up something or I could have left it blank, hmm I'll put up some cool photos. Clint MacBeth Skydive Moab 435 259 JUMP M.O.A.B. Mother Of All Boogies Sept 19 - 23, 2012
