Hi, I would just like to confirm that I am the said newbie and confirm that Matt's long post is accurate. The point's here are well made and truthful, it was advice only. I had previously posted (on a UK board) asing for advice etc. To which I got no reply!!! I then emailed Matt having seen a post about a packing video. We then got onto other subjects, over a series of emails and he invited me down to his local sites. I asked advice and he explained the way he packed etc. Again this is all above. I now understand there are other issues, but I don't want to get caught up in them. In fact I did get a whole lot of ethic advice from Matt too. I spent yesterday unnecessarily explaining and discussing what had happened to a number of people, when I had hoped to be spending it with my Mother on Mother's day. I don't have the experience or the desire to conduct a solo but on reflection it would have been a whole lot less hassle. I had hoped this would be short and only to confirm Matt's post. The above is FACT, discussion is healthy, but it is still FACT. Let the flaming begin. Does anyone know of a Freefly manual/handbook: online or otherwise. Like the style of the Skydivers Handbook (By Dan Poynter)... ...Describing body positions, safety, tips, exercises, manoeuvres etc. etc. I haven't been able to find one. I use a secondhand one, everything...(lets not tempt fate:but you get the picture) The price will depend on the age, has it been serviced, do they other a warranty etc?
