AAAHHHH....good idea. I just booked my flight from Cross Keys and got the closest seat to the front so I could get off quick but your logic makes good sense. Something to think about. Good info - think for my own peace of mind I might carry it on, as long as they don't make me cram my duffle in one of those little boxes to make sure it isn't bigger than allowed. Seems silly to worry so much but I've never traveled with something that is so key to why I am traveling....ya know. I don't like drama - don't want any at the gate either. Does the airline ask you if you want insurance? And if so, won't they be suspicious as to why you'd want $5,000 for a little old suitcase? I'm so confused which way to go. Looking for some help....I'll be doing traveling this summer and since I am a new diver - what is the best means of traveling with my rig? ...pack it in a suitcase and check it (and pray they don't xray it and decide to take it apart) or carry it on. Just don't want to get to the airport and worry about my rig not making it to my final destination safely. Dreams become reality, one choice at a time...

I know both these guys as they jump at Sebastian all the time and have seen my face around since my first tandem back in January. I would love to jump with both of them....and Dave Brown and Rob Silver and Rob Stevenson and Thomas and...............They are ALL great guys! They SAY being a girl has benefits in this sport, Ihaven't noticed any yet but maybe if I bat my eyes they'll jump with me...I'm not going anywhere, I'm bound to be out the door with the "cool kids" one day. Hey - not sure who is going to be around Sebastian this weekend but I am, weather permitting of course, going to be doing my 100th jump and would like to put something free-flyish together with atleast 2 or 3 pals. And would really REALLY love to get video of the jump. Granted, if I have to pay for video to get it, I might cave but there are tons of people who fly cameras - who wants to help a sista out.....Comments? Suggestions? Rude remarks? Yes I think you did.....you were sitting with Patelle and a ....sorry...bald guy watching canopies land. She forgot who I was and I told her how we met when I came for my 2nd tandem. She told me WAY BACK THEN that I was hooked. 93 jumps later....here we are. Think I am pretty normal looking, nothing makes me stand out but I'm always around. Nope, you'll be able to find me - think just about everyone knows me or you could ask Uwe (tandem instructor) he likes to bust my chops lots, normally right before exits...... By chance do you have red hair? Any chance you'll be around this weekend? I am going to be making my 100th (weatehr permitting) and need to put together something fun.
