  1. Thanks Tony and Mike for the flick. Wish I'd had time for more than one. I'll be back.
  2. I'll be in town toward the end of the month. Would like to make one or two. Pm me if interested. Cya.
  3. Toker? Sarahhhh. And did you forget about ...uh.....Chad?
  4. Out of necessity. The tallest objects other than our A's top out at 210ft. Being tired of the same old thing (and being lazy) we started working our way down the antenna. Lowest s/l and pca- 162ft. Lowest freefall- 300ft. (but I'm working on that). Vents and desire got us our BASE in our home State. And lots of advise and help from some great jumpers in our area (you f*ckers know who you are ).
  5. Thanks guys. Hadn't called any manufacturers to see what people were telling them. Just curious to know if anyone had expierienced any failures due to frequent sl'ing. I'll give Todd or Jimmy a call.
  6. I did a quick( because a;my computer time at work is limited, and b;I'm a lazy bastard.) search and didn't find anything so I'll throw this out there. What kind of usual or unusual signs of wear and tear do you guys/girls see on your canopies from frequent static lining? I check the usual stuff; bridal, bridal attatchment point, top skin, bottom skin, ribs, line attatchments.......am I missing anything? Kinda thinking the center b's and c's are taking the bulk of the force needed to break the sl. ??
  7. Put my 7th. or 8th. on my new RD the other night off a 162ft. B. Static line, nice stand up. My buddy's landing wasn't as.....soft...on his Dagger. Can't really give you any comparisons cuz this is the first vented canopy I've jumped. But so far I'm happy with it.
  8. Could the bent pins be caused from not pre-tensioning the brake lines? I've never had any signs of that and 95% of my jumps are sd. I only leave it on cuz I might get a wild hair up my ass and feel like climbing higher than 300ft. I'm with JaapSuter, I quit caring about how the slider looked going in the container and it hasn't effected my openings.....yet.
  9. Hey, if things don't work out in K.C. we're only four hours South. Let us know....we'll be flickin something.
  10. Just wanted to say thanks to a few people for making our trip a great one. Age survey...

41.But I still out climb everyone on the A.Young un's seem soft.
  12. They held my 20th at the Clubhouse of the local golf course. So what did I do? Jumped in and swooped the pond beside the Clubhouse. I think I made the best entrance of all my old classmates.Definitely in my top five jumps.
