  1. Or hijacking a plane from the very airline that you work for...
  2. In the comments at the bottom, you said you believed Kenny was the guy when you reached out to Skip P with the book idea. Your mind was made up before you ever started your "investigation". The confirmation bias was there from the beginning. "Oh, I believe Sherlock Investigations hit it on the head with this one". https://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=14497019&postID=2065133859021445047&bpli=1
  3. And your mind was made up that KC was Cooper before you ever started your "investigation".
  4. No, I do not think you would have done that IF YOU KNEW that they were lies. But, just because you don't think they are lies, does not mean they are not lies. A woman can remember seeing KC make something 40 some years ago, and can also recall that it happened shortly before the hijacking. I can recall several things from my childhood, but to put those things in chronological order in relation to certain other events...no way. So yes, I'm calling bullshit on her story. And you would do the same if it were in regards to a suspect other than Kenny.
  5. These are all lies told to you by liars. Pretty simple. Also, we've all seen the photo of you and your new girl now. How many times do you need to post it? It has nothing to do with Cooper.
  6. I don't disagree. But my question, is were there really a lot of news stories that were talking about the SOL being up soon? Blevins always says that, but I've been unable to find any. Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong place?
  7. Is this actually true? It seems to me that if it were true, one should be able to find such articles by a simple google search. I've tried, and while I can find an article or two from when the John Doe warrant was acquired, I have been unable to find any such results that show that "practically every news source in the Northwest was harping on, and running articles about...the upcoming Statute of Limitations date". I'm not saying that they don't exist, but that I have been unable to find any. Perhaps you could link a couple?
  8. I thought that was more of a "just in case" move?
  9. I saw that about the guitar, that was very cool.
  10. Flyjack - have you ever done any research or have any interest in the Zodiac case?
  11. Here's a little Chrismas cheer from one of the best song writers ever, the great Robert Earl Keen. Hope everyone has a great Christmas holiday, God Bless.
  12. Yeah, I realized that a little while after I made the post. It's actually more than that though. His word that he came up with is a play on Eric's whole name: Ericulis. It's actually a pretty clever play on words. It don't put McCoy any closer to being Cooper though.
  13. If you are going to call someone a ridiculous idiot, you should probably spell it correctly. I don't normally play the role of grammar police, but...
  14. I really enjoyed Dan's video. As I mentioned about Darren's podcast earlier, I don't have to buy into the suspect to enjoy the story. But, as far as circumstantial cases go, I don't know that anyone has done a better job than Dan. Having McCoy's own kids come forward and admitting their dad was Cooper was certainly a coup and unexpected. I would like to have heard a little more details about how they knew their dad was Cooper and how often that was discussed, etc. I've never had a problem with McCoy's age as I agree that at least the pictures I've seen of him, he looks much older than he was. But, other parts of the physical description are hard to get past. Then, there's that damn tie. For me, a Cooper solution is going to have to align with the particles on the tie. But, in the end, I really enjoyed the presentation. Kudos Dan. Hell, I may even buy one of those damn hats. Also, I enjoyed the close of the video and the reference to the song, "Top of the World". That is one of my most watched videos ever on youtube. Karen Carpenter, in my opinion, is the greatest vocalist ever and it isn't close. This was way before todays era of autotune and pro tools, when anyone can sound good. I have always loved listening to her and this was my favorite song she did. Jim Croce would be a not so close second.
  15. You're comparing apples to oranges and you can't really be this stupid, can you? Name me a single unsolved case that has a large number of conventions and events....just one. The UFO and Bigfoot phenomenon are completely different. Cooper is an unsolved cold case, just like Zodiac, Jack the Ripper and JonBenet Ramsey. None of those cases have a large number of events and conventions, if any. This is just you trying to create a narrative and no one is buying it.
  16. Down to just two???? Compared to what??? When I really started following the Cooper case there was one yearly event and that was the Ariel party. That's it. Now there are two (if yours qualifies). Unless there were some other events that I am not aware of, and that no one ever mentions, that means that the number of yearly events has actually doubled!
  17. I wasn't aware that Flyjack made a post in which he criticized another posters political views and then went on to tell everyone what that person thought about certain recent controversial political events, even though he really didn't know what that poster thought (mainly because that poster never posts anything political). Yeah, I guess I missed that one. That's probably why I didn't say anything about it.
  18. So you don't know that he believes that, but yet you imply it anyway. This statement from you is, in my humble opinion, worthy of being banned from the DZ. To bring up politics in itself should be a no-no. But to bring up someone else's political beliefs and to then imply what they believe should be ban worthy. If I were Darren, I would be reporting the post and demand your removal from the forum. A persons political beliefs are personal and if they are not here bringing it up themselves, you damn sure shouldn't bring it up. Not to mention, it's none of your business.
  19. Looks like tomorrow night may be when we finally get to hear what Dan has. My hope is that he at least gives us some things to think about. I look forward to hearing what he has to say. Dan seems like a good dude.
  20. I've spent the better part of the past two days driving from Northwest New Mexico back to my home in Tennessee with about 4 hours sleep in between. Rough drive. I was pleasantly surprised this morning to find that there was a new episode of the Cooper Vortex for me to start today's drive with. I enjoyed it. I don't have to believe that a suspect is Cooper to enjoy the episode. Here is the simple truth in regards to Reca: He is either DB Cooper, or he is a liar. Pretty simple. But as far as Lisa Story or Carl Laurin being liars, I don't buy it. I think they truly believe Reca was Cooper. I don't know if all of the documents were fake or not, but I won't take Blevins word for that. But if they are fake, why would someone assume it was Laurin or Story doing the faking? Perhaps Reca himself did that? Why is putting the plane above Cle Elum a lie? It certainly doesn't seem accurate based on the information that we have, but it's an alternate theory, not a lie. If Reca told Laurin that's where he landed then again, if it isn't true, then it's Reca that is the liar, not Laurin. A person, who is a book editor and likes to constantly point out how good of a book editor he is, who continues to sell a book with inaccurate information in it instead of fixing it, should probably not be calling other suspect pushers liars.
  21. You do not have the ability to embarrass me or hurt my feelings.
  22. I may not agree with this position, but at least it's honest. Why not take that approach more often? Instead of lying and saying you don't screen and delete comments, just tell the damn truth. Your page, your policy...why continue to lie about it? BTW, the proper saying is, "You can't eat your cake, and have it too". If I have a cake, I can eat it. But once I eat the cake, I can no longer have it.
  23. Wrong. I've posted several comments on your videos and they were all deleted. Nothing personal, but in full disagreement of the KC narrative. Every single one not allowed. You have no leg to stand on here.
  24. No one, and I mean NO ONE refuses to watch a Youtube video because comments are turned off. Perhaps he should do like you do and allow comments, only to delete the ones that disagree with the narrative of the poster of the video. That is what you do....
  25. Well, when they read a book that has things in it that are not true, such as Kenny dropping cash for a new house, it's understandable that they would believe Kenny could be Cooper. But, among those that have a high level of familiarity with the case, you find very few that consider Kenny to be a viable suspect. You and Greycop. That's about it.
