Velcro Riser covers?

Recommended Posts

Can a velcro riser cover closed rig be used for wingsuit flying?
I am thinking it would not be an issue.

My second rig is a really old racer. Leg strap mounted PC, velcro closed riser covers and all. I will be using a WS PC pouch or have aa BOC pouch sewn. Anything to watch out for?

Kris.

Sure, I used a Racer Elite with velcro riser covers with my WS for the longest with no issues. Like any thing velcro, make sure its maintained and in good shape other wise it could open prematurely.

Plus Racers have a low profile and are really comfortable.

Like I've told you before...only when I feel like it and with the right company.
