rapper4mpi 0 #1 October 3, 2002 Taken from Roger Nelson's site: "The biggest news this week is that Rook, Mike Swanson and Alaska Jon won the World Cup in Vienna Austria on Saturday. Team Alchemy did it again. They now are the current World Cup, World Air Games, World Game and US National Free Fly Champions! Congratulations!!! " These guys are good! No Doubt! Mike and Rook will be in Sebastian all winter long. www.freeflytrainingcenter.com -Rap
blazingcannon 0 #2 October 3, 2002 RIGHT ON! We were there at Summerfest this year when they were training hard- they deserve it! And they're great guys too, so even more deserving and respecting! : )"Spread your legs and fly"
rapper4mpi 0 #3 October 3, 2002 We were there too, all the way from Vermont. Couldn't believe they were doing 15 jumps before noon, then another 5 or so organized or coaching jumps! They deserved the wins! -Rap
blazingcannon 0 #4 October 3, 2002 Roger must sponsor them with free jumps though.. ..man, if only my dad had been a DZ owner : ) I wonder if the Sugar Gliderz also jump for free? (I'm only assuming Alchemy jumps for free ...I would think so..)"Spread your legs and fly"

SkymonkeyONE 3 #6 October 8, 2002 I watched the entire open class meet last weekend on video. The gap between the top two teams and everyone else was phenomenal. Talk about flying on every axis! The footage is amazing and the transitions of both Arizona and Alchemy were flawless. I was told that Alchemy practiced their routine 100 times in the week leading up to the meet.. No video debrief, nothing, just back to back jumping until it was completely wired. The blind moves that the top two teams made were incredible. rapper4mpi 0 #8 October 8, 2002 Footage of their jumps is not going to be easily attainable at this point in time. The reason? Well up until the Nationals most top teams keep their footage under wraps, to keep it all original, fresh, etc..., Now that they competed with those moves, the footage will be more available as the world gets to see thier flying abilities. Unless you jump someplace where someone has video (which isn't too many jumpers), you'll have to wait until the National Footage is released in December. IF anyone has the goods, share with us all! -Waiting in anticipation. -Rap
