davadikian 0 #1 February 18, 2010 So Ive read a lot and seen the comparisons but I have only heard talk of comparing r2 r4 r5 video settings. Considering r3 is at 60fps this would seem to make for smoother video. I have yet to test my (my wifes) GoPro in the sky only on the ground and this seems to be the case, it does seem smoother at the r3 setting. I was planning on r3 in the sky but I haven't heard any talk of r3 on the forums, maybe someone could enlighten me at to their experience... Just wondering if anyone had any pros or cons about USING one or the other actually in the sky. Or maybe any difference in editing... joelaclasse 0 #5 February 22, 2010 60 FPS is better when there is a lot of movement/shaking. I tried several settings while snowboarding and 60 fps is definitely better.
