Superfletch 1 #3 March 28, 2005 Khan Hildebrand, the owner of the packing concession at Z-Hills developed a tool that will do this. In fact, it's probably the one you are describing. I don't have all the specifics on him such as his phone number and such but if you call Z-Hills manifest I am sure that they can get you in contact with him. kosanke 0 #4 March 31, 2005 check out page 14 in skydiving rag march 2005. john winkler has a t-bar that can be used with a torque wrench or rachet. i have one and it works great. the contact # in mag is wrong. call or email john at AEROHIO DZ. hope this helps. If your tightening down a pilot chute that has been packed for awhile, you'll have to shorten the closing loop, but be careful not to make the pull over 22lbs. ParaGear has them. Be safe.
