RTB 0 #1 July 19, 2003 Some teams have the jumper in block 17 turn with his face towards his piece partner. I've been taught to turn the other way. What are the advantages of turning over the middle person instead of over your piece partner?
rehmwa 2 #2 July 21, 2003 Block 17 = Danish T - Murphy Our point man makes the vert. Left hands wide to legs (on the center people), right hands tight to arms for the set up on the point and tail. Point makes the vert over the OC/tail grip. I think we do it like you were taught. I don't see an advantage to going straight over. What high performing teams do it that way? ... Ron 7 #3 July 21, 2003 Some teams go over the OC...I think the GK's do this. For most people, I would vert over the Tail while keeping my head in the center.
