Hausse 0 #1 March 13, 2009 I just saw an interesting way another forum handles Spammer and Scamer in their Classifieds. In order to be allowed to post a classifieds add, the poster must have: -An Account -Account must be 30 days old -Account must have 30 posts I thought that sounds like a good way to get rid of some of the Scams. I agree that post minimums is not the way to go. Perhaps some sort of additional info that is required stating someone who knows of you in the skydiving world prior to allowing one to use the classifieds like some sort of "vouch" system before they place or respond to their first ad. This would remove the anonymity aspect that scammers and spammers utilize. Buyers or sellers could request a persons info be confirmed on any transaction they are unsure of as well.Stupidity if left untreated is self-correcting If ya can't be good, look good, if that fails, make 'em laugh.
