spencer 0 #1 June 1, 2012 I did my first 30min in a tunnel, 20 min coach. On my back, its was so so hard, from wall to wall, and when it came to leaving just trying to get through the door to exit was funny. I have been told I did well, my body didnt agree. I can see it as a great incentive to improve, so the pain gets less.

Don't worry about it-- just keep chuggin! Apologies for the spelling (and grammar).... I got a B.S, not a B.A. :)
