skynano 0 #1 May 2, 2009 Hi, in de same day is good to do one hour of wind tunnel and after four or five jumps? we do wind tunnel for an hour without stop. Is better to do more time in wind tunnel than jumps? All this is about 4way. thanks
ebusto 0 #2 May 2, 2009 I've hit the tunnel after a day of jumping on a few occasions. It wasn't any worse than flying after a normal eight hour work day.
Morrison79 0 #3 May 5, 2009 You do one hour straight with no breaks? Unless your in the tunnel a lot I would think that you would be worn out within 30 minutes. Normally i've done 15 minute sessions per group, with 1.5 minutes in the tunnel and then a 4.5 minute break while the other groups are flying. I would try to do your tunnel time in the morning and then go jump what you practiced.
vadimuskoro 0 #4 May 5, 2009 Hi there, Going for a tunnel time first does make more sense to me Couse, Tunnel force you to rise you flight accuracy, that can be performed right after during jumps. Golden rule sas : Train First, perform right after ! Just like shooting ducks in a shooting galery and going for a real duck hunt right after, Perfect sequence with Maximum eficiency.
