hi, our canopies are triathlon 175,is possible to do the mirror holding only with legs?

Hi, in de same day is good to do one hour of wind tunnel and after four or five jumps? we do wind tunnel for an hour without stop. Is better to do more time in wind tunnel than jumps? All this is about 4way. thanks

thanks for your suggestion,i know it,but i am in a military team,we ask many times to our boss to contract a civil coach but by the moment he doesn´t want,and we do 2 or 3 hours every week in the wind tunnel without a good coach,and doing bad thing over and over .I am spanish and the wind tunnel belong to the Spain air force.It was built by skyventure at 2005

hi If a do 200 jumps aprox every year to 4way,how many hours we have to train in the wind tunnel?and what we have to train mainly? we have free wind tunnel,we have too many hours,but we don´t know how to get the best of it.
