koppel 3 #28 April 8, 2014 depending on where you are looking you may find that a Certificate D is enough to film tandems. Unlikely to be at one of the coastal locations due to the requirement commonly for Display Licenses. Look at apf.asn.au and research Display Licenses. That said there are a number of Tandem Mills that are not restricted in that manner due to being on normal airfields good luckI like my canopy... ...it lets me down.
