interestingly enough, the reason the business no longer exists is because his ex-wife isn't there to run it for him anymore, according to some (my lawyers have told me to say) she walked in on him screwing another man in their bedroom, then she left, ever since then he has had to run the company himself and it went rapidly down the tubes.

The DZ at Mercer is up for a mortgagee sale. There are people in high places keen to ensure he never darkens New Zealands aviation door ever again.
