toronto_bill 0 #1 April 3, 2007 My girlfriend wants me to go and do some tandems in France. I have CSPA and Vector Sigma ratings. She has lots of relatives. Whats a typical DZ going to say? I can speak french ...just not like a university professeur like my GF. I am not looking at more than a couple of weekends? I'd work for free... But are the ratings (IA, C2, SSI, and TI) transferrable at all? I bet I need more. Anyone from the FFP help? Bill
riggerrob 563 #2 April 3, 2007 Caution! Most DZOs are deeply suspicious of anyone wanting to do tandems for free.

mbrooke 0 #7 April 13, 2007 QuoteOnly allowed if you have a french licence. Not easy to get! No so bad as that... If you are from Europe, you have to make a demand to the French ministry of sports 3 months ahead. If you are from outside europe, you have to get an equivalence of the French BEES and speak French... It comes down to something not very easy to get around.
