;)yes on the weight limits. Manufactures and TSO's set those. As far as height limits I would believe (IMO) the only limit would being able to correctly fit in a harness.

Check with your local DZ for specifics or call the container manufacturers for their weight limits.

We limit AFF and SL to 220lbs

Reason for this is reserves are TSO'd at 250lbs and gear is less than 30lbs.

Tandem is person and weather dependant to an all up weight of 450lbs.

Our DZ is 5000 ft ASL, so the big boys have some speed - even on 290 sq ft canopies.

I jump with a guy who is 315 and 6'5" so out the door of the airplane is about 345..... some DZ would not even allow him to jump.. but he has a huge reserve.... a 260 Triathalon main. all packed up into a Velocity Infinity container.. and does just fine....
