skygirlboston 0 #1 January 16, 2006 I purchased this DVD in order to pump myself up before I head down to Florida to work on my AFF. Definitely did the trick - I'm sure a lot of you have seen it, but if not, I highly recommend it for both the experienced and new skydiver alike. Great Skydiving and BASE videography. As a student, if you find yourself dealing with the issue of "fear" like myself, I doubly recommend watching this film. Five seconds into the film, I immediately recalled to mind that very moment when I first experienced freefall; when I first experienced that "ahh, this is why they do it" feeling; when I first realized that fear, not just the fear of falling, but any fear is manageable, and at times even conquerable... So yeah - cool flick. Check it out... To those of you who have seen it, I'm trying to find the lyrics to the opening song "Touch the Sky" by Hadley - any help would be appreciated! I missed seeing it in IMAX before I thought of even getting seriously "into" skydiving, and am kicking myself for that. The upcoming lists don't look promising.
