So Elon Musk stated that Ukraine should settle with Putin and give up land and independence. Naturally Ukraine responded with outrage with only Putin, Slim and other Kremlin enablers applauding.

So now Musk has said that Ukraine should start paying the approximately $20 million a month. That SpaceX's Starlink internet service had previously been provided for free to Ukraine.

Evidently if you want freedom you shouldn't challenge Elon's ideas of what it means.

Elon Musk currently has a net worth of about $220 billion USD.

I don't have a definitive source for it (so take this with a grain of salt), but a lot of discussion around this has been pointing out that large percentages of these fees are actually being paid by 3rd parties, Musk isn't actually wearing anything close to the full cost.
