Admitting privileges law struck down

Recommended Posts

Unless they want to make doctors get admitting privileges for any procedure that's as invasive or at risk for complications as an abortion (and they have zero willingness to do that), then it's a clear attempt at restricting abortion. And nothing else.

Giving doctors 3 days to get those privileges (which normally takes a few months if they don't already have them), is also suspect.

The full opinion is pretty interesting.
