Ha ha. www.motherjones.com/mojo/2013/06/fisa-court-nsa-spying-opinion-reject-request And in 2012, of the 1,789 requests to monitor the electronic communications of citizens, not a single one was rejected. No rejections in 2010 or 2011 either. Looks like a Star Chamber with a rubber stamp to me. Of course, all its members were appointed by Chief Justice RobertsAnd FISA court never has to explain its decisions.... The only sure way to survive a canopy collision is not to have one. lawrocket 3 #27 January 19, 2014 It's tough to tell whether it's a rubber stamp or not. because if these prosecutors are like others I've seen, they'll withdraw the request for a warrant before the final order is given if they see it'll lose. It's a frequent thing I see and have no reason to doubt it. But it may be a rubber stamp. Strong possibility. My wife is hotter than your wife.
