brenthutch 388 #6 September 11, 2012 Oh I know! It comes from "Waste, Fraud, and Abuse” These are distinct line items in the budget that account for $700 billion of unnecessary spending. Obama is so awesome the he has discovered these line items that no one else had been able to find. The ACA is just like the pipe, map, and glasses in American Treasure!
