If the National Christmas Tree Association wants their members to pay .15 cents why don't they do it on their own, or not allow you to be a member of the assocition? Why did they have to get the government involved to make this a mandatory thing if you sell more than 500 trees per year? It would be like USPA saying for every jump you make you must give USPA .15 cents and all of us skydivers not doing it, then USPA goes to congress and they pass something that makes it mandatory. The big brother should stay out of stuff like this its a private matter that they have nothing to be involved with. If the National Christmas Tree Association members don't want to pay it, then the National Christmas Tree Association should not allow those tree farmers to be part of their association.
