Why would a judge sign-off on a dangerous search warrant. Knowing full-well that any evidence obtained would be inadmissible in court? Moreover, what is going to happen to that judge now that his lack of judgment resulted in a wrongful death? My guess? Not a damn thing is going to happen to him.
