I did initially wonder why the prosecution was not going down the joint enterprise route which would effectively see them both found guilty of the rape irrespective of who actually committed the act... but it looks like they gave the driver a plea bargain in order to secure his testimony against his brother.

I concur with your conclusion. IMO a slam dunk is better than a maybe from a confused jury and 2 slick lawyers.

Raping a 9 yr . Hope they Rot in a shithole prison and die from prison justice befor they get released.
