Not in Ohio or Georgia. They slipped it in in the wording that no legal term can be applied to same sex couples. Ohio accidently worded it so that even opposite sex couples have no benifits with out marriage :$ They put a "summery" on the ballot but left the wording so it was aimed at banning "gay marriage" but is did a whole lot more then just that. Look for both states to have lawsuits challenging the vote.

Yep, and the conservatives got sick of a small minority trying to force their beliefs on them.....Just like you don't like the idea of them telling you homosexuality is bad...
