I was reading the Vegetarian post and it made me wonder. What's your favorite meal.
For me it's Thai food. The spicy stuff is almost as addictive as skydiving.P.L.U.R.

havent tried the raftman(sp) yet.. I'll be in Montreal this summer for the trans-canada family/boogie tour, so I'll have to give it a go... love the fin du monde and maudite too! Good ole Garou made some good beer!

Easy question..Surf -n- turf.. Grilled medium/rare delmonico steak and Alaskan King Crab legs with a baked potato smothered with butter, sour cream and chives and some fresh steamed peas...MMMmmm MMmmmmm

I'm quite fond of dead animals that have been cooked, you know, chicken, salmon, even pork chops. I try to avoid beef (heart disease), and I like to eat lots of stuff from the ocean .... and I like India Pale Ale

I like Mexican food (though that is probably not what our pilot wants to hear) and as far as beer - well, I went to college so I am used to drinking whatever is on sale with very few restrictions.

Favorite foods change about daily, so here is my current pick:
Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef soup) for an appetizer.
Vietnamese marinated grilled lemongrass pork served with spring rolls over a bed of vermicelli for the entre.
Some kind of good refreshing pilsener to go with the meal is nice. Since they often only serve crap beer, I regularly stick with water.

Geez, I have too many favorites! Love Mexican food, some Italian (not necessarily the pasta though), Salads (I love salads) and a really good sandwich, and of course Lobster!!!

I love a good pizza- and no, not from some commercialized place like Pizza Hut or Papa John's. I'm talking a "real" pizza, from a hole-in-the-wall pizza place- those are the best. As far as beer...well, just about anything- but my favorite is Corona with lime..."If I could be like that, I would give anything, just to live one day, in those shoes..."

a nice steak, grilled of course, seasoned with garlic and cracked pepper. cold, but not ice cold ale, and something chocolate for dessert. hmmm, maybe a chocolate covered skymama? j/k
