LiborJanicek 0 #1 June 5, 2012 I'm ready to buy a tracking suit but have no idea which brand to get. Can anyone share their experience fly any of the following tracking suits? Phoenix-Fly http://www.phoenix-fly.com/products/wingsuits/phoenix-fly_tracking_suit Intrudair http://www.intrudair.hu/skydivesuit_trackingsuit.html Pressurized Tube 3 http://www.pressurized.at/products/tube3/ Are there any other companies that offer tracking suits? I'll be mostly be skydiving in the tracking suit and a long way down the road possibly some big wall base track jumps. thanks for the help
5.samadhi 0 #2 June 5, 2012 have you tried jumping with smoke pants? (search for this idea if you dont know what it is) homemade tracking suit basically. It provides a lot more drive on tracking...and is cheap as a pair of rain pants and rain jacket and some time reinforcing the stitching and cutting vents (I burned vents). I would love to someday use a flysight and compare smoke pants with a professionally made track suit...i guess they might be somewhat in the same ballpark...but thats just guessing. virgin-burner 1 #4 June 5, 2012 just got my brand-spanking-new intrudair tracksuit in the mail the other day; havent jumped it yet, but the thing looks like it will eat everything with the booties.. BUT - it's not the arrow, it's the indian.. so yea, you'll probably be happy with either of them. if you want a good price on intrudair, shoot me a PM and i hook you up with somebody! “Some may never live, but the crazy never die.” -Hunter S. LiborJanicek 0 #5 June 5, 2012 I've looked at smoke jumper pants and jacket. i've even watch a youtube video of how to make a homemade tracking suit http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rheJL5_q_4E I'd rather spend the money and buy a real one so I can get dialed in flying it. Waldschrat 0 #6 June 7, 2012 Have you seen this? http://www.wingsuitboogie.hu/sites/wingsuitboogie.hu/files/hirfile/TR%20final%20HUNGARY%202011.pdf
mchamp 1 #7 June 7, 2012 QuoteHave you seen this? http://www.wingsuitboogie.hu/sites/wingsuitboogie.hu/files/hirfile/TR%20final%20HUNGARY%202011.pdf More people are wearing Intrudair because the event occurred in the country it is originated/built in. Also Pressurized Tube 2 isn't a fair comparison since the 2 is quite a few years old. It would have been better to have compared it to a Tube 3. Same could be said to Phoenix Fly. Overall I'd like to see the results of equal amount of Intrudair, Phoenix Fly, and Pressurized tracking suits at a global tracking event with all the most recent updated suits. Now those stats would be more meaningful. For info regarding lift ticket prices all around the world check out http://www.jumpticketprices.com/dropzones.asp

virgin-burner 1 #9 June 25, 2012 i've only made a handful of jumps on my intrudair, but i'm quite under the impression that it is HIGHLY competitive to all the other brands., build quality is nice too! “Some may never live, but the crazy never die.” -Hunter S.
