divingduck 0 #1 June 8, 2003 Me and pleifer went to see the Foo Fighters in concert last night in Salem. I'z not a huge fan but it was a concert that fell on a day off. They totaly kicked ass. So heres the question who else puts on a kick ass show worth going to? If I loved you anymore I would have a stroke

divingduck 0 #6 June 9, 2003 so if I go drunk and you perform drunk and everyone else is drunk, then it will be spectacular, right? and who is gonna buy the beer? If I loved you anymore I would have a stroke
Slowfaller 0 #7 June 9, 2003 Just saw the Foo when they came through Chicago, agreed on an awesome show! other good bands to see live are: Modest Mouse Alkaline Trio Green Day Boxcar Racer Metallica was fun but I wouldn't go see them now. St. Anger sucks(the song, haven't heard the album) I so hope that Radiohead comes to town, that's a band I really want to see. divingduck 0 #8 June 9, 2003 aww, I love modest mouse! And I dig radiohead too I really want to see Guster and dispatch, but I heard that they temporarily broke up and are doing their own thing at the moment and, of course, I think I would shit my pants if Pink Floyd did a reunion show... Slowfaller 0 #9 June 9, 2003 Quoteaww, I love modest mouse! I want video of me jumping out and doing an awesome FF dive while Modest Mouse's song is playing. It starts off w/ "This Plane is definatly crashing" then the guitar rips it up. I believe its on "The Lonesome Crowded West". Right after Trucker's Atlas. So that would be song 13 me thinks. You don't meet too many modest mouse fans from across the country, awesome! Never heard of Guster or Dispatch though*shrug* What is their style? divingduck 0 #10 June 9, 2003 they are umm...feel good music? Dispatch does a lot of acoustic guitar, and guster is a cute little wanna be rock band, but I like them because they are still underground kind of thing. And dispatch...damn, they are good! Look them up on kazaa or something. :-) If I loved you anymore I would have a stroke

tbrown 26 #14 June 10, 2003 The Dead. That's officially their name now. They're four of the ex-Grateful Dead guys, plus a new lead guitarist, plus two new keyboardists, plus Joan Osborne for the summer tour. Greatest show on earth and the audience is as much fun as the band. Your humble servant.....Professor Gravity !
