No boeings since the 707 have had 4 engines on the wings except for the 747 which this is not because it doesnt have an upper deck. My guess is airbus. I'm not sure how that gear works so I figured it may be front down due to the AOA being level flight. While the other is either in a landing flare or lifting off.
