aw sori to grump, but I am in serious pain, my back is killing me... any ideas on how to sort it out without going to a Doctor?

Depends on the type of pain, but yoga can work absolute miracles for sore backs.

dunno about the neck, seem very tense... like if all nerves and stuff were completely entangled in the vertebrae

When my back is sore, I usually stand with my arms crossed over my chest (like a dead person ) and then Graham stands behind me, puts his arms around my arms and picks me up until my back clicks. Its works brilliantly!
Go to Dischem and get urself some Transact Pads to stick on your back. They're also very good. Otherwise, get urself to a good chiropractor/physio and sort the problem out properly!

I have been going through agony with a damaged sciatic nerve for the past 2 weeks.... go see a doc dude....trust me it will help you...

Thought about acupuncture or maybe a chiropractor? They work wonders I'm told.

I like coconuts. You can break them open and they smell like ladies lying in the sun!

thanks guys, I know I should go to the doc, I damaged my lower vertebrea in a serious horse riding accident, I just hate going to the doc, they always pull and prod you ... it hurts

How can I look afta you when you so far away from home??

True...That and my right 1st rib is still broken and too far out of alignment to ever heal itself... but its never kept me out of the sky!
