Deuce 1 #1 May 19, 2004 I got a Neptune a while back and during an ascent one of the buttons popped loose, the top one. (the way I had the screen oriented at the time). Anyhow, the button being loose deprived me of the top button functions, so I sent it back, unannounced describing the problem. I have, in my hands, a new unit and a set of coolio screen protectors. That reminds me they took mine to fix and left me with a beautiful purple one to use.
