Be careful because if you get like a 'burton custom' one, it will be much more expensive than some lesser brand. they shouldn't be much more than 10bucks in the states. Saw a goodwill and thought if they had roller blades....that had the wratchet...then bingo. And sure enough, 3 bucks for the skates! I cut off the wratchet and now have a few spares. They don't match in color but I could care less.my pics & stuff! I found different types on snowboard bindings, rollerblades, ice skates and some bicycle shoes, but most have really bulky buckle included (unlike the very small and primitive one used on chincups). Such a bulky buckle might be a snag hazard. If not snag then it would just pop open when snagged or hit by something.I understand the need for conformity.
