texmex 0 #1 July 5, 2008 how is everyone stowing them? doubles on most? singles? band type? referring to the Relative Workshop tandem canopies, I do not recall the model...
slotperfect 7 #2 July 5, 2008 Your best bet is tandem Tube Stoes on the first two locking stowa, then tandem bands on the other two locking stows and all the regular stows. Single wrap everything.Arrive Safely John
pchapman 261 #3 July 6, 2008 Same as Slotperfect at the DZ I jump at, with about 10 Sigma rigs. That method gives good solid stows, better than regular elastics, without all the fuss of Strong rigs' design. Note that the canopies we are using are Sigmas with heavy Dacron lines - different from some tandem canopies. Shouldn't matter whether it's a Sigma or Vector II I guess. riggerrob 558 #4 July 6, 2008 Remember that Vector Tandem and Sigma are supposed to use double-wide rubber bands - the same circumference (as old-school MIL SPEC), but twice as wide.
