Tofu

I had some homemade veggie soup tonight and was thinking that adding tofu to it the next time would be good. What's a good brand and recommended firmness for adding it into soup?

Love it! I eat lots of it...great soy protein! I'll let you know the brand tomorrow. I usually go for firm for soups since the broth makes it soften after you've increased the heat or it soak in the broth for awhile.

I have an incredible recipe for Marble Tofu that I'll have to email to you. It's to DIE for! with hot garlic sauce...my mouth is watering just thinking about it!:P

I dunt know. I usually just order the premade entree's at the health food store here on L.I. I can ask them tommorw when i go to pick up my carrot apple juiceie.
