livetofall 0 #8 November 20, 2006 thanks for the new info! So..is it a littler more to the bitterside like semi-sweet? A great trick i used to do with Ghiradelli brick from Trader Joes: Get some dried cranberries and take a bite of the dark chocolate or semi-sweet, then a half handfull of the cranberries..totally addictive! the bitter-sweet will make your mouth water, betcha cant stop at one bar
SmilingPhoenix 0 #9 November 20, 2006 As a kid, white chocolate was nectar of the gods... Once I hit my 20s, I was all about milk chocolate - especially in the form of swiss almond ice cream. Now that I'm in my 30s I have found a deep love of these hazelnut chocolates from a friend in Swisserland, but if I am stuck with something in the US I like it as dark as I can get - yummy!Because life is an adventure - it may not be the one you planned, but then it wouldn't be an adventure! ACMESkydiver 0 #11 November 20, 2006 They had somebody in a booth giving samples of the dark chocolate today in the grocery store. For the first time in my life, I didn't feel like eating chocolate. Oh well, I'm sure it's tasty, and I'm sure I'll try it later. ~Jaye Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action.

There are a couple of different versions out there. the Cacao Reserve which is mostly just plain Chocolate and comes in a 35% Cacao (special dark) and 63% Cacao (extra dark) and a couple of them have cacao beans mixed in... and the Extra Dark variety that has 60% Cacao and have three different types... a plain version, a Cranberry/Macadamia Nut Version, and my Favorite , Cranberry, Blueberry, almond verson Livin' on the Edge... sleeping with my rigger's wife... Evelyn 0 #14 November 20, 2006 I vote for dark chocolate. Trader Joes has a good one and Dove is good too. Chocolate is actually good for you, in moderation, like everything else. Life is either a daring adventure or nothing ~ Helen Keller
