From the website:

Quote

An-26 is a big Russian-built tailgate twin-engine turboprop cargoplane. It's capable of carrying up to 80 jumpers. The An-26 has a tail wall that slides down and under the airplane, so the exit position feels like being "inside" the plane, and not on a tail ramp as for example on a C-130 Hercules where the tail door lowers and becomes a ramp "outside" the plane. This makes getting into an exit position easier than with C-130, as there is no strong airflow coming from the sides. But do beware of hitting the side walls of the plane during the exit.

The exit itself is like with any tailgate. Just jump backwards from the door, look up and arch a bit. The biggest issue with the An-26 is the airspeed. The airplane is flying almost 200mph on the jumprun and the props are very near to fuselage so it's like a jet exit.
