If they had, it would have been rated PG-13, they would have added a side-kick, and all the good guys would have survived at the end. I refuse to see a PG-13 action flick. Sometimes nice to watch a movie that doesn't bother worrying about these things and just blows shit up. But I won't be spending money on Rambo 4 anytime soon. Personally I don't see a problem with that presuming medical science has tested for side effects. People in hollywood get surgury all the time, tummy tucks, implants,...etc. Why is growth hormone any different? He is not competing in any athletic competition so there is no ethical question. If it helps him keep his on screen physique then he should go right ahead. Personally I wouldn't but again, that's his choice. Rambo: "Burma's a war zone." Missionary: "We have medical supplies and we'll change things for the better." Rambo: "Do you have guns?" Missionary: "No, of course not!" Rambo: "Then you're not going to change anything." Scene 2: Rambo and the missionaries are pulled over by river pirates. All negotiations with the pirates for passage are fruitless. The pirates want to take the female missionary. Rambo pulls out a handgun and shoots all the pirates dead. Missionary: "Why did you do that?" Rambo: "They would have raped her 50 times then cut off all our heads." Missionary: "There's never a good reason to kill. Never!" Scene 3: The murderous genocidal soldiers are killing the missionaries, the villagers, and the mercenaries who went in to rescue them. The missionary from the previous two scenes picks up a rock and bashes in the skull of one of the soldiers. One more mushy liberal gets educated to reality.
