Has anyone out there had more luck than me in gettin a reply from them.

I have sent them 3 emails now regarding orders and payment with no response. At this rate I can't purchase when I want and will consider spending the money elsewhere.

This can't be good for their business.

I like my canopy...

I answered the advertisement email they sent to everyone and asked them about he "validity period" of an Argus (which was different on the ad and on teh website). Got an answer in less than 24 hours.
