Have you ever met that one perfect person...

So let's say one person is Jewish and another is Muslim. Does anyone see that as a potential problem, especially this day & age? What about bringing up children in a family where each parent is of a different religion?

Okay- I am a Lutheran and my husband is JW.
we agree that we disagree about certain things but the one thing that we do agree about is Jesus Christ is the savior and Gods' gift of Grace.

That being said... When you get into Quoran, and Bible, that is an issue that can be difficult at best. I have never read the Quoran, so I am not sure what it says about how the headship is. In the Bible, the man is the head of the family and has that authority. Eph 5:22&33.

I look at it this way-If my husband is correct- he will teach me-If I am correct-He will need me to teach him.

as for the kids- One goes to church with me and one goes to Kingdom Hall with him and we study together as a family on Tuesdays-we discuss openly the differences.-Caress

I've learned.... That being kind is more important than being
right.

I have never really been in that situation so I can't speak from personal experience. See where it goes and take it from there. ;) You got everything going for you so far!

Yes except the religion part. I'm not a terribly religious person, but I know that she is. Whether that's due to her parent's influence, or her culture (she's from Morocco) or the combination of all the factors, I know it might be a potential issue, esp. when it comes to kids...
